Shipping & Policies

My goal is always carefully thought out packaging that's environmentally conscious, coupled with fast shipping. Your talisman will be on its way to it's new home lovingly wrapped in all post consumer recyclable materials, bound with hemp, and a dried sprig or two of lavender harvested from my garden.

Shipping

Memora Monto offers $15 flat-rate shipping anywhere in North America, tracked and insured up to $100.00CAD. International shipments are $30, also tracked and insured up to $100.00CAD. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like to add extra insurance coverage. An invoice will be sent to you for the difference. This option is only available for shipments within Canada, and the costs are determined by Canada Post.

Please ensure that your address is correct upon checkout as well as with PayPal, should that be your chosen method of payment. If the item is returned, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost to have it reshipped.

If your item arrives damaged:

Please take multiple pictures of the items damaged and the packaging it arrived in. Contact me immediately at hello@memoramonto.com so I can start a claim with Canada Post. Keep the packaging - it may be required to support the claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Immediately contact Canada Post, or the carrier that delivered the package. Memora Monto is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

Please ensure your correct ring size. This can usually be done for free at your local jewelry store. Some rings can be sized up or down, for a fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Memora Monto will not be resizing rings set with gemstones at this time.

All items purchased are non-refundable. Memora Monto will not be accepting cancellations or returns at this time.
